Orders and orders confirmation

Orders can be placed through our website or by sending an email to   .The purchases made in our online shop are exclusively intended for private individuals.

The measures of every size can be consulted in the file attached to the Size Guide section in the lower menu of the website. If you have any questions, you can write to us at and we will assist you with anything you need.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the electronic address provided in the order details.


All our models are handmade following an artisan process.

The orders are delivered within 15 days. We start the production once we receive the confirmation of the order.

We work together with a workshop in Alicante specialized in the footwear sector with whom we develop all our designs creating a unique and exclusive product for each one of you.

Lilday can send anywhere in the world from Aiguafreda (Barcelona). Deliveries will be made by courier service. Therefore, we need you to provide a contact phone number for the courier company and a shipping address where someone will be there to receive the package. The buyer shall be responsible for any extra costs derived from an incorrect shipping address. 

Shipments to mainland Spain and Balearic Islands cost 5€ and the delivery time is 2-3 working days after the day of shipment. Shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla cost 7€ and the delivery time is 4-8 working days after the day of shipment. Shipments to Europe cost 23€ and the delivery time depends on the destination country. For the rest of the world, shipments cost 25€ and the delivery time depends on the destination country.

Lilday will not be responsible for any possible cost that may arise after the shipment (taxes, customs duty, etc.) or for possible delays in the delivery because of the transport company.

Exchanges and refunds

Lilday wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you can return the products in their original state and packaging within 15 days after receiving them (send us an email to sharing with us the reason for the return) and we will issue the pertinent refund. If you wish to get another product, you will have to make a new purchase.


When an article is returned, the postage and packing will be paid by the buyer. Only if the article has any kind of defect or imperfection, Lilday commits to make the return without shipping costs.

The colours and shapes of the product may vary slightly from one item to another, because this is one of the characteristics and qualities of handmade products.

Lilday informs you that all the data provided by the users through the website will be input into Lilday files, and the user expressly consents to the handling of the said data in order to maintain a commercial relationship, to receive information and advertising about Lilday products and services, either by electronic or by any other means.
