How can a clean my Lilday products?

We recommend you to use a wet cloth to wipe off the stains.

The wood of my clogs has been cracked, what do I have to do?

Our clogs are carved in a solid block of pinewood. Since the wood is hard but fragile, the material can splinter if you hit against a hard surface. Luckily, the splinters are easy to repair (as long as you keep the fragment detached). Use only wood glue and stick the splinter into place.

Shipping and return

How can I make a changer or a refund? Do you have any additional cost?

Lilday wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you can return the products in their original state and packaging within 15 days after receiving them (send us an email to sharing with us the reason for the return) and we will issue the pertinent refund. If you wish to get another product, you will have to make a new purchase.


When an article is returned, the postage and packing will be paid by the buyer. Only if the article has any kind of defect or imperfection, Lilday commits to make the return without shipping costs.

The colours and shapes of the product may vary slightly from one item to another, because this is one of the characteristics and qualities of handmade products.
